I found a 6-outlet power strip, with each input having it's own power toggle, along with a main switch. It can fit most large power bricks we retro gamers use, as long as you alternate ports and there should be room for standard plugs between them as shown in the thumbnail above. It's also a sturdy metal construction and is available in three color configurations and cable lengths. The outlets themselves are snug, but not too tight, making them secure for permanent installations, but also great for benchtop setups. Almost a year ago, I did a post about a 12-outlet metal power strip that a ton of people were interested in, however everyone had the same questions: Is there a model with individual switches? And are they available in different sizes? Every month or so, I'd do a search to follow up and basically all the ones I found definitely wouldn't fit larger retro-gaming power bricks with enough room to plug stuff in between them. That's why when I found this one, I definitely wanted to share it with everyone!

For my specific use (which I show in the video), it's the perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for. I'm not sure how much "protection" any of these have, but I personally think of them as "power strips" and not "surge protectors". I also always leave it unplugged (or switched off) when not in use, so protection isn't a worry for me. Either way, I think this will be a good fit for lots of other people's setups too.
